What to expect
You’ll have the pool to yourself and Stan will be in the water with you, providing hands-on guidance, physical and emotional support.
Unlike standard swimming lessons, there will be less of a focus on swimming up and down quickly. We’ll be working on your ability to float freely, to glide gracefully, without unnecessary tension, so that you can enjoy the healing and calming benefits of being in water.
What to bring
As well as their swim kit* pupils will need to bring a willingness to work on:
Doing less
Not trying too hard
Floating without fear
*Swim wear, towel and goggles.
Location
Croft Farm & Celtic Cottages is situated in Pembrokeshire- a stunning haven of gorgeous beaches, lush woodlands, and dramatic coastlines.
Residents get exclusive use of the pool during lessons and also for an hour day between lessons when booked, at no additional cost.
Pricing
Book a 4 night stay from £340 in one of Croft Farm's award-winning self catering cottages for an intensive course of 7, 1 hour 1:1 lessons for £350.
