Stanley Cross
My parents are the founders of Swimming Without Stress and so I have been immersed in their approach to being in the water and the Alexander Technique for my whole life. In 2023 I became an STA Member and received my Level 2 Certificate in Swim Teaching. In 2024, I completed the Buteyko Clinic Advanced Instructor Training Program.
At home, I enjoy spending time with my partner and 2 young children.
In my free time I also enjoy yoga, creating art and music!
